Ouvindo : Stone Temple Pilots - Vasoline
My cell phone is ringing, it's the Chameleon Club in Lancaster, PA calling to invite me down to hang out with my buddy Jimmy Haha from Jimmies Chicken Shack. I tell the club to buy Jimmy a shot (red headed sluts are my favorite) and get moving, because I have 42,000 Brazilian fans that are waiting on us to rock.
Better look sharp and play smooth, some of the Brazilian Presidents’ daughters are on hand to watch tonight, not to mention the millions of viewers that get to catch this show on television the next day. The gig goes well with the highlight once again being Pain Lies On The Riverside. It's so much fun to play that song with the audience jumping up and down to the rhythm of Gracey's shaker beat.
After the show, several guys head out to a local rave and I go straight to the hotel to try and recover my previous day’s losses at the executive poker game (see Soprano's; It's all about boxes of ziti). Chad Taylor
E eu, voltei pra casa, nada de rave, nada de rave...
